Phillp: at PPL we believe that compliance doesn't have to be complicated. Easier said than done though and to deliver that, what you need is great people doing a great job and people are key to our success and we've seen a real growth in our team and it's something that has been quite close to your heart hasn't it Tim?
Tim: It has, how the team has grown, the experience and knowledge that we've created along the way, new hires, new roles, including yourself Phillip, you've joined us and service is the key, which I know is something you're passionate about.
Phillip: yeah really going point, so this idea that we've got this one to one, bespoke client services has certainly serviced the business well. PPL has this family feel with this corporate apporach and what's important about that equally is the succession plans that beyond that, make sure we maintain that momentum, which again is somehting you and Nigel have been talking about for some time.
Tim: it has, it's important we plan for the future. We've used a number of different resources over the years including impartial external consultants, but how we grow and making sure it's sustainable and that we have the adequate resource in place is vital. Importantly, PPL is a great place to work.
