Ian is a Non-Executive Director at PPL, providing strategic guidance and support to the Board. He has spent more than 20 years working in financial services and compliance, including founding and leading a successful compliance consultancy focused on the consumer credit sector.

He also serves as Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary at the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants (APCC), where he previously held the role of Chair. His experience across industry, consultancy, and professional bodies gives him a unique perspective on the challenges facing regulated firms today.

Outside of work, Ian serves as a Parish Councillor and, when he’s not keeping busy in the community, enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and friends.
