1. Directly authorised clients - we offer a range of services from PPL Online Training Pro through to PPL Expert which supports clients with a full range of compliance oversight activity.

2. Appointed Representative - clients can apply to be become an Appointed Representative of PPL as a principal firm and benefit from our resources and experience.

3. Application only - we can support a wide range of companies wishing to apply for full, limited or variations of permissions with the FCA.

Our History

Product Partnerships is an FCA authorised firm acting as a Principal and compliance specialist for businesses who offer consumer credit facilities. Due to our FCA application to act as a Principal, we have been through a very rigorous process to satisfy the FCA of our ability and competence to carry out these activities. We are regulated to oversee credit broking and consumer hire activities and our firm reference number is 626349.

Our excellence in delivering compliance solutions to businesses, both large and small, has been recognised by our inclusion in the 2019 Parliamentary Review and receiving the Global Advisory Experts’ UK Product Compliance Specialist Firm of the Year 2020 award.

Our core markets are retail motor dealerships, online vehicle suppliers, firms who operate salary sacrifice schemes as well as mainstream retailers who offer products online and through retail outlets.

Our client list includes Google Commerce, Made.com, National Grid, Bensons for Beds, Peloton, Aston Martin, and Euro Car Parts. We also work with many high-profile motor and motorcycle retailers.

We have developed secure (SSL) encrypted online systems which include compliant sales and complaints processes, automated management information to ensure firms can demonstrate how they are treating customers fairly, and a task management facility to ensure all compliance activities are carried out at the correct time. The system can be accessed remotely by our compliance team so we can solve problems quickly.
