Helen is Head of Compliance at PPL, bringing a practical, people-first approach to helping firms understand and apply regulatory requirements in a way that works day to day. She has led on key areas including Consumer Duty implementation, Appointed Representative oversight, GDPR compliance, and board reporting, always focusing on clear, workable solutions rather than unnecessary complexity.

Outside of work, Helen enjoys muddy walks with her two overexcited labradors, camping (often in the British drizzle), and learning anything new, particularly when it comes to risk and regulation. Life is usually a mix of wet socks, fresh air, and finding the humour in the chaos, preferably with a well-earned pint in hand.

Helen holds a BA (Hons) in Governance, Risk and Compliance, a BA (Hons) in Social Science (Crime & Criminal Justice), and an ICA Level 6 Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance. She is also an ICA Certified Head of Compliance.
