Phillip is CEO of PPL and brings over 30 years’ experience in senior and board-level roles across PLCs, SMEs, and VC & PE-backed businesses, across retail consumer credit.

He leads the business with a focus on practical client solutions that drive long-term growth across complex regulated businesses.

A Chartered Director and Fellow Member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) London, Phillip also holds an Advanced Certificate in Governance, Risk & Complaince with the International Compliance Association (ICA), and has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) through Leeds University, part of the Russell Group.

Outside of work, Phillip enjoys Formula 1, scuba diving and cycling, and is a proud family man, often found spending time with his wife, two children, and dogs.
