Product Partnerships Limited (PPL) has been trading since 2014 as a Principal firm. This means that some firms you purchase goods from may be an Appointed Representatives (ARs) of PPL. You can find a list of our AR’s here.  Being a Principal firm means that PPL is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to carry out regulated consumer credit activities and allow other companies (our AR’s) to use these permissions in order to carry out specified activities. As a result these companies are not required to become directly authorised with the FCA for consumer credit activities.

Although, being an AR will have little practical difference to your purchase and credit transaction, PPL is ultimately responsible for any regulated consumer credit activity undertaken by an AR.
