To help implement the new Duty, the FCA have broken down key areas of the Duty where it has been receiving highest levels of queries. These include:
· Expectations for outcomes monitoring
· Consumer Duty Board Champions
· Definition of closed products
· Application
· Proportionality

The FCA have also released a set of podcasts which discuss the four outcomes and other areas of Consumer Duty.
PPL recently released a webinar which explains Consumer Duty and offers support on its implementation.
