Rebecca is Finance Director at Think Compliance and sits on the Think Board as its former owner and now minority shareholder following its acquisition by PPL Group. She brings extensive experience across banking, finance, compliance, and business leadership, providing strategic and financial oversight to the business.

She began her career in banking with Midland Bank and First Direct, where she worked within internal control and compliance teams, before moving into senior financial leadership roles, including Group Financial Controller for a leading compliance consultancy.

Outside of work, Rebecca serves as an Associate Hospital Manager, sitting on review panels for mental health hearings. Away from her professional responsibilities, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
